Natural Raw Honey

Our honey is locally sourced pure, and raw from our hives. We use a straining process to retain the natural pollen grains. It remains unheated to preserve the raw, natural honey's nutritional benefits and enzymes.

Important: Since our honey is sourced raw, we do not process it to prevent natural crystallization. If your honey begins to crystallize (taking on a creamy appearance), follow these simple steps:

•Boil a small amount of water on the stovetop.
•Remove from heat and let it cool to 95*, then place the glass honey container in the hot water.
•Allow the honey to sit in the water until it returns to its liquid state. Stir. Repeat as necessary.
•Avoid microwaving the honey, as high heat destroys the beneficial enzymes and bacteria in raw honey.
